Very unpleasant shoping experience at JCPenney Berlin moll. Came to exchange one pair of pants for a different size and spend half hour with unfriendly associate, who would not ask her manager for help, till I demended. Simple transaction turn into desaster.

This JCPenny's provides most items a typical JCPenny's provides with friendly service. Unfortunately they never maintain their guest WiFi and most attempts fail to connect.
They were very helpful there was something on sale I wanted and it wasn't there so they ordered it for me
Popped in for a couple of items we forgot to pack in California. Donna was cheerfully helpful. Love the old fashioned customer service.
