RUDE and JUST TRYING TO MAKE AN EASY BUCK!!
I have been going there now around ten years. I called them to make and appointment to get me teeth fixed. I am on SSDI so I don't have much money no dental insurance and have to pay out of pocket. I call they tell me to go some where else because I need to be seen at lease once a year. They was so rude to me its not my fault that I am disabled it's not my fault that I can't afford to go to the dentist once a year. Some of us cant afford the prices when it is coming out of your pocket. I think food is more important then my teeth when you cant afford both. but when I do have the money yes I want my teeth fixed if they need it.
Does customer service not exist anymore?
Had an appointment...they called and left a message reminding me of an appointment two days before, I called them the next day after I worked 6am-midnight and then turned around and was back at work at 6am, to tell them I would not be able to make it. The receptionist called me a liar stating she had called me 2 days prior to this...which was untrue and had the voicemail to prove it and then charged me $25 for not being able to make the appointment.
Very clean. Dr. Krugman did work on my teeth 8 years ago. Everything is looking good so far. He is expensive but gives you your money worth.
Call to even attempt to get an appontment only to find that the person answering the phone is rude and discourteous. This is the LAST place I'd consider going to with my needs.
I called to ask to be a new client. I'm in the Army and get regular dental x-rays but I just moved to town and needed a new dentist and a cleaning. I was treated rudely and belittled by the receptionist and told I wouldn't be welcomed without x-rays newer than 1 year, regardless of how hard they'd be to get from the Army dentist.
