My children and I were visiting from Michigan on a trip to Maine. Our Lexus had a headlight go out while in Vermont. Amber at the service desk was friendly and fun and able to fit us in for a bulb replacement and worked around our sightseeing adventures. The service was thorough, and an explanation was given about all light bulbs that were out and needed replacement. A hard working gentleman even washed the car by hand! Excellent service and all very accommodating!! Thanks again!
My wife and I recently bought a certified pre owned corrola from 802 Toyota. We reached out to them via email after browsing their inventory online. We were scheduled a time to visit and were greeted by Joe. He helped us purchase our car. Notice I didn't say he sold us a car. He helped us make sure we were buying what was best for us. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the Toyota vehicles and what a certified pre owned had to offer. We loved hearing Joe talk about his experience in car sales and some of his past customers. Joe was genuine and he made us feel very comfortable in our visit. Instead of looking online in the future we will simply just call Joe!
At Christmas I got an email saying I hope that you're enjoying your new Tundra! Umm I bought a Tacoma. Just all around sloppy, and uncaring experiences. Very dissatisfied, they've lost my business and I OWN 3 Toyotas.
We needed a car quick. Phillip was willing to stay late to help us leave with a car that night. This is the 3rd used van I have purchased from 802, I have been happy with them all. Phillip had great communication before, during and after the sale. He understood our needs and made it happen. We had our 3rd child 9 hours after leaving the dealership with our new van!
Bought a brand new 2015 toyota Tacoma 6 speed manual. Did not finance and paid on the spot. I was promised free inspections as long as I owned the truck. When 1st inspection came up they said I needed coupons which I never received. They said they would wave the 1st one. Pretty shady stuff after spending $35k. I will never buy another thing from them and I live fairly close.
