Great stylists, laid back atmosphere, reasonably priced. They do an amazing job and make you feel right at home.
I have been here a few times and have had HORRIBLE experiences. I use to get waxes here and I always was on time for appointments, always tipped, and was polite. The last time I went was the WORST of all. I made an appointment to get my hair colored a few months back. I showed up on time and they "lost the key" to the cabinet where the color is apparently kept (so I was told). I was patient with them and waited. They had to call management in to locate this key (even though this was planned beforehand with an appointment). I stayed and the girl doing my hair I didn't like as well. She was invasive talking about my Instagram and when I was actively on there I knew WHO was on my insta. This was strange to me and off putting. When the management team members arrived they were VERY snotty and rude. They let me know that they had to go out of THEIR way to get there. When it wasn't even my fault because I made the appointment in advance. Anyways, a woman who goes by "Heather" finally showed up. I guess she has been there awhile and is apart of management. She looked directly at me and said "I didn't come here to see you Jessica". I just waited the rest out until my hair was done. I paid and Heather gave me a discount for all the time that was wasted. This process took hours long literally HOURS. I left feeling upset and uncomfortable. It is too bad that the customer service and even the management is that TERRIBLE. I will never return.
She could sense my apprehension and colored my hair light as to not shock me once I saw it. She even tried a new hairstyle which I love! She showed extreme professionalism and compassion to me and she did more for my self esteem than she will ever know. I cannot say enough good about my experience with her. Highly recommend this salon, Brandy and the whole staff
Went for a Nana and grand-daughter hairstyle. Both cut and styles where great! We had so much fun and left looking good in the process, what a deal. Thanks so much Marissa!
As a cancer survivor my hair tuened white from my chemo treatments. I decided after 54 years to try a little color. Nervous beyond words I went to jc Penney and met Bramdy. She took the time and patience to explain the process to me and was very accommodating to me. I decided on a little bit of orange just to have fun.
