Great place to eat! Has a long heritage. Food was great. Hubby had the Double Whammy and I had Chicken fingers. We shared a vanilla homemade ice cream. Would eat there again. Service was good too.
Best of homemade! Like eating my mom’s cooking again! Love it. Staff are always friendly and happy. Very busy but I like it because it shows how great they are! Food is amazing and breakfast is all day into the evening!!!

I have had good meals here in the past. This evenings meal was by far the worst I have ever had. I ordered the pork chops they were so dry and over cooked or possibly left under the heating lamp for hours. That shoe leather could have been substituted and no one would know the difference. The waitress was very nice once I pointed out the issue and suggested that I could get a piece of there meatloaf which I did and that was good although I would think they would have given me a bigger portion. I'm rating
This really is one of the best places to eat within 40 miles. Home cooked food at really reasonable prices. It's old school but even the millennials will love it. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Look out for high traffic times like Friday night or Sunday morning they get really busy.
The family is always begging to go eat at the wayside! Nice quiet and peaceful dining with amazing food for reasonable prices! Great for the entire family!
